Awkward access
Extensions, conservatories, tall gables and sloping ground are no problem. Where ladders can't safely reach, we bring a cherry picker and work from the basket — no leaning over conservatories, no ladders rested on your gutters.

Most homes are cleaned from the ground with our high-reach vacuum. The cherry picker comes out when the gutter simply can't be reached safely any other way.
Ladders can't lean on a conservatory roof or an extension. The cherry picker basket reaches over them and puts us level with the gutter.
High gable ends and three-storey runs are worked from the basket, with the operative clipped in — safer than a long ladder and a better view of the run.
Where the ground slopes away or is too soft for ladder feet, the cherry picker sets its outriggers on solid ground and reaches over.
Gutters set back behind porches, bays and canopies that a pole can't see into are cleaned by hand from the basket.
The same checklist as every other job — the only difference is how we get up there.
No. The lift sets its outriggers on hard, level ground with pads underneath, and we position it so nothing is driven over lawns or flower beds.
It costs a little more than a standard clean because of the lift, but you still get one fixed price in writing before we start — nothing added later.
Yes. Resealing joints, refitting brackets and swapping cracked sections can all be done from the basket, and being level with the gutter makes repairs easier.
